Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SELLARO LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit flexorex.nz or place an order with us, and sets out your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

1. Who We Are

flexorex.nz is operated by SELLARO LIMITED, trading as Flexorex:

SELLARO LIMITED
John Kennedy, 8, IRIS HOUSE, Floor 7, Flat/Office 740C,
3106 Limassol, Cyprus
Company Registration Number: HE 483556
VAT Number: CY60261314H

Although we are based in Cyprus, we carry on business in New Zealand by offering goods to New Zealand customers through flexorex.nz, and the Privacy Act 2020 applies to our handling of your personal information on that basis. We are the agency responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

Identity and contact information: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number.
Order and transaction information: products purchased or enquired about, order value and order history.
Payment information: your card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure system; we do not store your full card number. We keep limited records such as payment method, transaction reference and order total for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Marketing information: your marketing preferences and communication history with our customer support team.

3. How We Collect Your Information

Directly from you: when you place an order, contact customer support, or subscribe to marketing. flexorex.nz does not require you to register for an account — you can check out as a guest, and we link the information below to your order rather than to an account profile.
Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies when you browse flexorex.nz (see Section 5).
From third parties: such as confirmation of a completed payment from our payment provider, or delivery status from our courier partners.

4. Why We Collect and Use Your Information

Under the Privacy Act 2020, we only collect personal information for a lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of our business, and only use it for that purpose or a directly related purpose (Information Privacy Principles 1 and 10). Our purposes are:

5. Cookies and Marketing Messages

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function. Others help us understand how the site is used, remember your preferences, or show you relevant advertising.

New Zealand does not have a separate cookie-consent law; cookies that collect personal information are governed by the Privacy Act 2020 principles described in this policy. As a matter of practice, you can manage non-essential cookies — including advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics — at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the website footer.

Marketing emails are commercial electronic messages under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, whichrequires appropriate consent under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and a working unsubscribe mechanism in every message. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

For a full, itemised list of the cookies we use, their purpose, and how long each one lasts, please see our Cookie Policy.

6. Who We Share Your Information With

We only share personal information where necessary, with:

Payment service providers, to process your payment securely;
Delivery and logistics partners, to deliver your order — this may include partners located outside New Zealand where a product ships from an overseas warehouse;
IT, hosting and website service providers, who help us run flexorex.nz;
Marketing, analytics and advertising partners (for example Meta and Google), where you have given cookie consent for marketing or analytics;
Professional advisers, such as accountants and legal advisers, where necessary;
Regulators, tax authorities and law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

7. Sending Your Information Overseas

Before we disclose your personal information to a person or organisation outside New Zealand, Information Privacy Principle 12 of the Privacy Act 2020 requires us to have reasonable grounds to believe that the overseas recipient is subject to privacy laws providing comparable safeguards to the Privacy Act, or that comparable safeguards are otherwise in place (for example, through contractual terms).

We are based in Cyprus, a Member State of the European Union, where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies — a legal framework we consider provides comparable safeguards to the Privacy Act 2020. Where we use service providers based elsewhere — for example US-based providers such as Meta and Google, used for advertising and analytics — we rely on those providers’ own compliance frameworks and contractual data-protection terms to ensure comparable safeguards are in place.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

Order, invoice and payment records: 7 years, to meet our accounting and tax obligations under New Zealand tax law;
Marketing information: until you unsubscribe, or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner;
Customer service correspondence: 24 months from resolution;
Cookies and analytics identifiers: as set out in our Cookie Policy.

We may keep information for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where the law requires it.

9. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and PCI-DSS compliant handling of payment information by our payment providers.

10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We use automated tools to help detect fraudulent orders and to personalise the adverts you see on our website and on third-party platforms, based on your browsing and purchase history. As a matter of practice, if you would like a person to review a decision made using these tools, you can contact us and we will arrange this.

11. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

Ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and to access that information;
Ask us to correct personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading — if we disagree with a correction you request, you can ask us to attach a statement of the correction you sought to the information;
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, free of charge (see Section 5).

To exercise your access or correction rights, contact us at info@flexorex.nz. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any case, no later than 20 working days, as required by the Privacy Act 2020; if we need more time, we will tell you within that period and explain why. We may ask you to verify your identity before we respond. In limited circumstances set out in the Privacy Act, we may withhold or refuse a request — if we do, we will explain why.

12. How to Complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at info@flexorex.nz so we can try to put things right. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond without undue delay.

You also have the right to complain directly to New Zealand’s independent regulator:

Office of the Privacy Commissioner
PO Box 10094, Wellington 6143, New Zealand
Phone: 0800 803 909 — Website: privacy.org.nz

13. Notifiable Privacy Breaches

If a privacy breach involving your personal information occurs and it is reasonable to believe the breach has caused, or is likely to cause, serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as soon as practicable, as required by Part 6 of the Privacy Act 2020.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Any update will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
