The band is adjustable depending on your tightness requirement. It is definitely useful if you have knee problems or you hike with elevation to protect your knee from any injuries. Overall would buy again

I have arthritis and meniscus issues so I bought this to see if it would help while I’m on my feet. Well I must say it has exceeded my expectations. While I’m wearing it, it does give me enough support to alleviate pressure and pain. Highly recommend this strap!

My knee was swollen and fluid, and an ordinary knee strap would cause pain at that time. This product supports my knee just right. Easy to put on and it stays in place. Recommended.
