I tried this out, and it’s very easy to use. From an inch or two from the forehead, press trigger button. In a second, it will have the temperature. This thermometer had the same temperature as my under tongue thermometer. Overall, it’s a great, accurate, touchless thermometer. Non Contact Infrared Thermometer Laser Temperature Gun

Works well with some patience, noticeable improvement in my skin texture over a few weeks. Setup was straightforward, but initial adjustments took time. Worth the investment if you’re looking for gradual changes. Slightly high price point, though.
